Parts of Fix php libs, nginx port, change fpm user #45
Switched to PHP7, using official php docker image
Added symfony command
Added XDebug support
Using environment variables for symfony and log folder, this way you can use the same repo for multiple projects using .env - example added to README.md

Thank you, PHP7 support has been added in the same time of the Symfony 4 (Flex) support.
