Description

In several places we talk about consumer and producer but we do not include it in the glossary.

Motivation

Missing definition: The reader can not find any definition of consumer and producer

Exemplification

If we include some small paragraphs like https://github.com/cloudevents/spec/blob/v1.0.2/cloudevents/spec.md#producer and https://github.com/cloudevents/spec/blob/v1.0.2/cloudevents/spec.md#consumer it would make it more clear for the reader.

Less confused reader

Possible Drawbacks

None that I can think of
