Get all event graphs in shape

Description

The current event graphs are not aligned and we lack a valuable description on how to create and update them. There is some work in this area initiated through #287 . This issue includes updating all existing event graph pictures (svg and png) and document how to create/update them.

Motivation

We need well updated event graphs to make it easier to use Eiffel and it needs to be easier to understand how events relate to each other.
