This bug reports to TeXlipse 1.5.0 on Eclipse 4.7.1a. When the cursor is on a label, be it a \label or \ref block, all its instances become invisible. Here is an example:

Is it also invisible when you use the default Eclipse theme?

I have the Default Colour and Font theme selected.

Ah, my apologies. It was not clear that you're running a Linux distro with a dark theme. Would you mind briefly switching to a bright theme just to see if the color in question changes? We might have to add a new preference setting for that one.

The DE theme has no influence on Eclipse.

This problem has endured into TeXlipse 2.0.1 (Eclipse Photon).
