Feature request: Being able to reorder tracks (or a multi-selection of tracks) using drag and drop.

UI behaviour:

While dragging, there's a marker that appear in the list at the position where the selected tracks will be moved.

Other consideration:

Once this feature is implemented, the right-click menu "Reorder tracks" should be removed.
