This is a question but it may become a feature request

Does Mindforger implement GitLab Flavored Markdown (GLFM) ?

Differences between GitLab Flavored Markdown and standard Markdown

doc_user_markdown.md · master · GitLab.org

Am I just starting approaching Mindforger, maybe this projects implements already non standard features for which it's not even important to implement GLFM. Is maybe that the case?

Thank you

@marcello-pietrobon MindForger uses a fork of cmark-gfm which is reference C implementation of CommonMark with GitHub Flavored Markdown extensions.

If I remember correctly, I did not enabled all the extensions as some of them were not stable enough.

Anyway, MindForger is tightly coupled with this particular implementation as it uses its abstract syntax tree (AST) for automatic linking of notebooks/notes.
