FMxx No sound with custom sysx DX7 banks on NTS-1 #65

Hello! I've made some units using https://dukesrg.github.io/logue-osc/ and after uploading them to NTS-1 there is no sound at all. All other oscillators works fine, problem is not with my synth. What am I doing wrong?
I am using rom1a.sysx (https://yamahablackboxes.com/patches/dx7/factory/rom1a.syx)
