Get goodsell style PDBs with configurable colors from a PDB entry code.

For pdb files could use something like this https://ccsb.scripps.edu/illustrate/downloads/

Vectorize with Inkscape Terminal

Another alternative:

Mol* star either with stylized or illustrate style -> hi res png -> inkscape trace

Inkscape settings for stylized:
Single Scan -> Edge detection with default settings
Multicolor scan
