Posts last week's final scores when run in certain timezones

When run in London timezone, the final score update posts the scores for last week's scores, and not the week that just finished. i.e. Week 2 just finished, the bot posted scores for week 1 again.

I presume this is because the bot is fetching week = league.current_week - 1 at 7.30am local time, and this is being run before the week ends in East Coast time.

Something I didn't take into account. Not quite sure how to solve elegantly yet.
