GoG patch installers not reassembled

I'm trying to extract the files of gog's The Witcher 3 patch V1.30 but the extracted files are split into small compressed parts in the tmp folder. I thought innoextract versions 1.7 and higher are supposed to automatically re-assemble these parts and extract the original files but it isn't working for me. I'm using the latest version of innoextract. Can someone help?

GOG patches are not currently supported - you need to download the full game. For The Witcher 3 I only have version 1.31 (setup_the_witcher_3_wild_hunt_1.31_(a)_(9709)) - that doesn't use the GOG Galaxy format at all.
