Dimensions of feature

Hi,
Could anyone explain this?
I am unable to understand the dimensions of the feature vector.
It is 94x31x32.
I believe the 32 value is one one channel since we have a 96 Mel bins.
I chose audio length = 1 sec
Sampling frequency = 16 KHz
Mel bins = 96
Didn't change the FFT value. It's 256 by default?
