I sent @enyo an email, proposing my help in the maintenance of this project. Didn't hear back yet but we're in August so maybe he's enjoying some holiday time!

Worst case scenario I'll fork and start merging the PR from this repo in mine, but I would really prefer to collaborate on the main repo.

@mohsenomidi Nope, no news. I actually started my fork, merging a few of the PR from here. I'll make it public once it's properly tested/setup, feel free to ping me in two weeks if you don't see anything coming!

Ok so the fork is up on npm: dropzone 7.0.0-alpha2

Should be a drop-in replacement for now because only minor fixes have been added. Changes:

• upgrade some dependencies
• add github actions
• fix improper grammer PR Fix improper grammar. #2211 by @Offlein
• Send at least one chunk if filesize is 0. Fix for Uploading a 0 byte file hangs Dropzone when using chunking #1982. PR Send at least one chunk if filesize is 0 #2153 by @Forceu
• fix typos. fix Fix typo in a comment #2140
• add arialabel to hidden input Add an aria-label to the hidden dropzone input #1972

My fork can now be considered the best place to get a maintained, patched version of Dropzone.
