Uploading multiple files on at least a second time throws a classList error

My original thought was wrong, I'm not yet able to identify a pattern. I just uploaded a single file now and got the error. The file is of decent size, so it doesn't seem to be a race condition. I clearly see the progress bar well before the complete call is attempted.

~If I upload file and then upload more, I "feel like" the last file is referencing the incorrect fileElement. One that already was created, maybe? This is great software and I can live with the problem. So any help is appreciated.

How to replicate:

• Open the document window and upload any number of files.
• Open the dialog and upload more than 1 file
• On the final file completion, am getting a classList JS error. ~

I'm not sure how I got it to work a couple of times, but I needed to add:
var fileElement = file.previewElement
to appropriately reference the UI
