支持jax-rs系列注解 #178

想改造代码支持jaxrs系列的注解，但是发现以下问题，感觉这块比较耦合，

不知道是否可以接受将动态代理构建中的注解处理部分抽象出来，将注解处理通过handler的方式装配上去，然后实现注解处理插件化
