The add repository screen, should only be the root url if there is no repositories #7

When coming to "/" we should redirect to "/#/repositories" instead of "/#/repositores/new" if there is 1 or more repositories. Adding repositories is not everyday tasks in drip and should not be the first thing you see (unless you just installed drip)

If so, we need to find a place to put instructions other than the front page.

Yea, im thinking of having adding a main navigation thingie which has a help / faq item
