It seems when opening KeyNote NF it always shows or highlights the last edited folder regardless of which of the options I choose [except Show tree fully collapsed].

The exception you point out is what I should look at, because that option has nothing to do with the folder that is offered as active when loading the file. KeyNote remembers which one it was and displays it. The option you point out serves to indicate whether it should remember the expansion status of each folder, whether it is active or not.

I wouldn't expect it to show last active folder when Show tree fully collapsed is selected.
I wanted to know if there was an option other than Show tree fully collapsed that does not highlight the last active folder...but they all seem to do it.
