Is there any way to await a NavigationManager.NavigateTo(...) in InteractiveClient and InteractiveServer

I have some concurrency issues in an component library which uses NavigationManager.NavigateTo
to synchronize the content of html-inputs with the url.

A good solution would involve awaiting a navigation to complete.
