Blazor Hybrid: how to use libman within wpf?

This article describes, how to build a WPF Blazor app. But seems there is no chance to add client-side libraries to the WPF project with libman.

No context option on "Add" menu and does nothing when we put libman.json to the root.

For anyone who looking for the answer, install the global tool via the dotnet CLI.
> dotnet tool install -g Microsoft.Web.LibraryManager.CLI
To download and install all files defined in the libman.json, run the restore command in your folder/project
> libman restore
