Mingle Plugin Notes
This is a quick spike to see if we could get a git plugin working for mingle. It should not be considered production ready, as the tests that were originally written for the subversion plugin (on which this code is based) have not been modified.
That said, the plugin has been used on a couple of internal projects and seems to be fully functional.
