Make it possible to import RoutePushstate from the can package

Currently it is not possible due to the needs for mapping in development.html.

Ideally we should change this:

import RoutePushstate from 'can-route-pushstate';

to:

import { RoutePushstate } from 'can';

This might require some changes to steal to make this work (or maybe not).
