html:main/@lang attribute missing in chunked HTML #486

In chunked HTML, we see the html:article/@lang attribute only in the root-file (usually index.html), but not in the chunked files like e. g. ch03.html. Hyphenation works only in the index file, not in the chunked files.

The lang attribute should be added at html:main in each chunked file.
