Please describe your issue: When installing kali-rolling the setup fails to create chroot due to a previously defined dependency in the upstream process.

If known, describe the steps to reproduce the issue:

sudo CROUTON_BRANCH=silence crouton -r kali-rolling -t xfce,xiwi,extension
