Windows sync fail if folder name is in Thai

Hi,

I use windows client sync 1.1.1 connect to owncloud 4.5.2 successfully, but sync fail to if windows folder name is in Thai. The folder name (in Thai) could be created correctly but files in that folder can't be synced to owncloud. I will get the linux client to test if having the same issue later. I am wondering if there is any other none-latin base language having the same issue.
