Command to generate a systemd timer in user's directory for jobs #1820

The documentation about jobs specifies that jobs do not run automatically and a cron must be used to run them.

Since systemd has become a de facto standard on Linux system and system-timers can be tidious to setup, it could be a cool improvement if there was a command generatecron to generate scheduling with an option to either use systemd-timer or crontab.
