Access to "Listening" activity type for RPC.

There are many music players that have Discord rich presence support, but they're all forced to use "Playing" instead of "Listening".

Allowing this should be a simple change clientside, allowing the client to accept type 2 ActivityTypes, and enabling the time bar for the "Listening" activity type instead of only for Spotify.

We kindly ask Discord for the possibility of having access to the same APIs Spotify is leveraging for the Discord Rich presence and other features so that we can satisfy our user's request of having the same features which Spotify currently has and we cannot due to a special treatment for Spotify only.

In particular for the Rich Presence and other features we want to build something identical on what only Spotify currently has. Is there any way to do this?

This has been silently added, but very few if any RPC libraries (and especially not the official one that's deprecated anyways) support manually setting the type.

Looks like setting type through RPC still doesn't work (except for embedded activities) - it always sends type 0.

Is the time bar avail for all listening type activities yet?

The progress bar used to be available but then they locked it to Spotify a few years ago - the client literally requires the name to be "Spotify" to render it.
