Probably due to incomplete shutdown, needs more investigating.

same after setup if u do any change its deleted

This is bug is related to only some percentage of statuses being lost. If none of the changes are being saved at all it is likely a miss-configuration, check your database is saving the data, if you are using docker check that you are using a persistent volume. Otherwise open a new issue to track this.
