To understand how significant and relevant an insight is, we need more data about when and why its happening. We want to provide another level of information about each specific insight

What are we building?
The ability to see for each insight:

1. When it started happening
2. Percentage of requests experiencing the insight
3. Related insights/errors/exceptions also happening in these requests
4. When was the last time it happened
