Provides a chart to deploy this project via Helm.

@viveksinghggits things to be done:

  • toolchain to derive usual Kubernetes manifests (in deploy/kubernetes/releases/ dir) from Helm chart
  • GitHub Actions workflow to helm lint and release a Helm chart

Also, it would be nice to auto-get the version from VERSION file when releasing a Helm chart, so stay DRY.
