PCD upload requires SDK

On UI, it should not allow user to progress for this file type, e.g. not add as element on this list and not continue from this screen/:

Otherwise this error "app.d4bfe25e850969a58038.js:189 You can't upload files of this type."
Looks funny:

It appears to already be set in drop zone. May be if the list on right side was changed to be separately managed:
