Schema/Attribute/Slider add "labels" enhancement

• The Sliders are substantially more useful with that label. e.g. 1 : "low" 10: "high"
• It's fairly easy to render it but we just have to think a little bit about the front end UI for capturing it. e.g. since the slider range can be x to y, but can only easily show 1-4 labels like "low" "medium" "high"
• Small thing, on rendering side, vuetify changed version for 2 and 3 for this
