User Roles mangment

There is a bug with user management.
If i create a new user in DHIS2 and under "Data capture and maintenance organisation units
Enter search term" i setupt the main level, based on the information below the area it should "Selecting an organisation unit provides access to all units in the sub-hierarchy".

It's working well on the DHIS2 web version, but it's not working on Android Capture App.
To be able to access to the organization unit in Android App, (DHIS2 Data Capture version 1.7.5) i need to select them in the user account.
