Permanent Ban list auto backup & restore is required for an update or reinstall.

When a new version is installed, the config.xml is replaced and all local lists (Permanent Ban list, Whitelist) are lost.

perhaps this should be posted on the main page? (backup before updating to retain banlist)

to prevent people from updating, only to realize after the fact that they shouldve backed up, lol

just a thought, still love the absolute simplicity of this ban system, thanks for the efforts guys!
