The options shown are

Autoplay next video
Autoplay next video in playlist

I think "autoplay" in this context means "jump to the next video" however in other context autoplay usually describes "start playing the video once it has loaded"

Describe the solution you'd like

Avoid the term "autoplay" on these two buttons and instead say "jump to next video" and "jump to next video when playing a playlist"
OR add description texts to these buttons to clarify that these settings are bout jumping to the next video rather than playing whatever video is currently loading.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Additional context

Of course it is YouTube who choose the word "autoplay" and this plugin simply seeks to match that word, however it does create ambiguaty because what youtube calls autoplay is not the same thing as what webbrowsers call autoplay.
webbrowser autoplay: play the video once it has loaded
youtube autoplay: jump to the next video webpage once the current video has reached the end

What I am looking for is to avoid ambiguity on the settings page of this plugin. It seems kinda obvious to me that this has to be about jumping pages, but still it could confuse people and it did confuse me for a few minutes too.
