Android/iOS support of prebuild static link libraries

I'm a rust developer living in the Chna and in my region our f*****g govrnm*nt prevents us to access all the network outside from china, our network environment is restricted so I don't have to chance to use google, medium, youtube and even github (here I admire all the time the developers living in the US, UK, EU and Canada),

v8 is very very big project we know and it have a lot of dependencies that needs to be access google specific repos that is banned from china, I have already trying this with all of the my best except using VPN (if I do and my ISP knows this may I will be in the living risk, yeah, this is not joke, trust me.)

thanks for rusty_v8 prebuild static link libraries on the github release page, is is almost covers all the desktop environments, in my region we can access the github via a mirror: "hub.nuaa.cf", this makes possibility to use v8 in rust on desktop platforms for us,
so what I wish is can you provide android arm64, armeabi prebuild static link libraries in the github release page in the future?
