Hi,
Great plugin. Was looking for this functionality.

I noticed domain map entry is case sensitive.

e.g. when domain map entry is www.MyWebsite.com the following typed url: www.mywebsite.com will not resolve.

As users tend to use capitals (or not) it shouldn't be case sensitive.
