[Package needs to be made public for this to take place]

Documentation (docs/*.rst) needs to be deployed to readthedocs (links must be updated in readme and pyproject, readthedocs.yaml needs to be added)

Pypi deployment takes place after this, so documentation links are live.

deployment handled with the .github/workflows/publish-telescope.yaml
