Minor Issues with rendering of Tutorials

  1. https://deepchem.io/tutorials/physics-informed-neural-networks/ - Formula Not Rendering properly
  2. https://deepchem.io/tutorials/interactive-model-evaluation-with-trident-chemwidgets/ -
  3. https://deepchem.io/tutorials/large-scale-chemical-screens/ - lots of warning messages
  4. https://deepchem.io/tutorials/introduction-to-molecular-attention-transformer/ - fixable warning for torch clone
  5. https://deepchem.io/tutorials/modeling-protein-ligand-interactions/ - lots of warning messages

Note:

  • Use pip install --pre deepchem so that the latest deepchem version is used.
  • Use Python version 3.11 because we are moving towards it.

@GreatRSingh you can mention that a bump up of deepchem version is required for most tutorials

thanks for pointing out, but warnings in this are not as prominent as others so we can safely ignore it.
