[DOC] Bullet points are not rendered properly in the documentation of MultiHeadedMATAttention class in layers.py #3857

The bullet points in the documentation for the init method and forward method of the MultiHeadedAttention layer are not rendering properly. The parameter descriptions are listed using bullet points, but they are not displaying correctly in the API REFERENCE.

Hi,
I was going through the tutorials, and i got confused in the class MultiHeadedMATAttention because the bullet points are not rendered properly. I will attach the screenshot of the documentation that I read below.I noticed that because i felt little confused on that part.
