[1.5.0-rc1] Error when first syncing lightning #2292

When first starting the LN it takes a while until the chain finishes syncing.

We should recognize this first start and not throw a connection error because of it

Seems your node was unsynced at that time ("last block 3 hours ago") so that's a known issue that will take a bit to fix.

This is related to decred/dcrlnd#9
