Currently if you purchase tickets and pay the fee with a VSP, then reseed your wallet from scratch the new wallet loses the association between thet tickets and the VSP.

It would be good if there was a way for the wallet to use the /api/v3/ticketstatus VSPD API call to confirm which tickets have been registered with the VSP.

To avoid breaching privacy, these requests should be trickled out slowly.
