The user's tooltip is not displayed anymore after clicking on the Like/Dislike button from Proposal details page

Describe the bug

If I hover the mouse over the user avatars after clicking on the Like/Dislike button from a proposal details page, the tooltip containing the user details is not displayed anymore. I have to refresh the page to see the tooltips again.

To Reproduce

1. Access a Proposal details page
2. Hover the mouse over the avatars displayed in the picture below (tooltips displayed)
3. Click on the Like/Dislike button
4. Hover the mouse over the avatars displayed in the picture below again (tooltips not displayed anymore)
   

Expected behavior

Tooltips to be always displayed, no matter if the user clicks or not on the Like/Dislike button
