Show attached documents from meetings in the spaces' documents #12624
Comments
Hi @NilHomedes it seems I can't move stories from columns (and I suppose my coworkers neither) |
@NilHomedes What does "real time" means in
? |
That if an attachement is changed in a meeting, this should be reflect at the same time in the participatory space. |
Mmm... OK. At the technical level we would have to implement the polling that is now working for comments and for polls in meetings. Is that the idea @andreslucena ? Do we want this polling to take place both in a space home and in the meeting page, or only in the space home? If we have it in the meetings page, just to note that we'd have two pollings then, the current one for comments and this new one for documents. In this case, do we want the frecuency to be the same one as for comments? |
I've talked with @NilHomedes offline and we agreed the following:
I've removed the "in real-time" from the Acceptance Criterias |
I just reviewed the code and it does not seem that anything is cached at documents content block level or from the show of participatory spaces |
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As a visitor, I find it challenging to locate relevant documentation of a participation space (a process, an assembly, etc.) when they are scattered throughout the different meetings. Currently, there is no automated process to collect and display attached related documents on the homepage of a participation space.
Describe the solution you'd like
As an admin, I want the system to automatically collect and display attached documents from a meeting in the related documents section on the homepage of the respective participation space.
The documents coming from meetings will be organized under a folder called "Meeting documents" in the related documents section of the respective participation space.
Does this issue could impact on users private data?
No, this issue does not involve private user data.
Acceptance Criteria:
when I view the participation space homepage,
then these documents should automatically appear in the related documents section.
a new folder named "Meeting Documents" is created in the related documents of the respective participatory space,
and the documents coming from a meeting are automatically attached inside this folder.
when I view the related documents section on the participation space homepage,
then it should reflect these changes.
