I think this is due to colorclass 2.2.0, which was not maintained anymore, as reported in this issue: #709
Now there is another maintainer with a new fork (https://github.com/matthewdeanmartin/colorclass) and colorclass 2.2.2 seems to fix the issue. If you install/upgrade to the latest version via pip, you should get 2.2.2. In my case, olevba runs fine with Python 3.10 and colorclass 2.2.2.
