Not every change to a repo is from a push. For example, I can edit files in my repo directly using github.com page for my repo and then commit those changes right there. This not only does not trigger a workflow, but there seems to be no on: commit trigger event for workflows. only push. which doesn't apply here.
Would be super cool if we could get an appropriate event for when files are edited from github.com directly or that they be considered pushes and trigger workflows as such.
