[feature] Create some sort of polling system in issues and discussions.

I couldn't find any other place to share this, but I think it would be effiicient to have a polling system on issues, and discussions.
What we do is get emojis that are in the reactions:

and vote to the corresponding emoji stated. But, if we had a voting/polling system in place, I think it would be beneficial.
