Is your feature request related to a problem?

ddev get does more than just pull something from a repo in some cases (especially https://github.com/ddev/ddev-platformsh)

It writes configuration based on some existing configuration.

  • We could probably have something like ddev get --refresh which would update the configuration
  • Or we could check the upstream files (like platform/upsun configuration) to see if they needed to be updated during ddev start
