h5端uni-forms-item内部可以嵌套uni-forms-item，显示正常
在小程序端uni-forms-item内所有的uni-forms-item下所有的dom内容丢失

目前无法解决嵌套问题，因为获取元素api的问题，嵌套内容无法获取正确的滑动位置，强制获取，会限制性能，我需要研究一下有没有什么更好的方式去实现
