dbmail-imapd Graceful shutdown

Does dbmail-imapd have Graceful shutdown support?

For example, dovecot sends '* BYE Shutting down' to clients, after 'systemctl stop dovecot'.

Usually, yes. If it exits unexpectedly because of a crash or out of memory then it may not be able to.

I tried wirh 'systemctl stop dbmail-imapd', 'pkill -TERM dbmail-imapd', 'pkill -TERM dbmail-imapd' , 'pkill -KILL dbmail-imapd', 'pkill -USR1 dbmail-imapd', but got the same result: "Connection closed by foreign host" on the client without any impending system shutdown alert.
