This is a brilliant list. However, many problems e.g. Problem 22 and Problem 42 use data from text files. Those files would be needed to work on those problems offline.

@Adam-Ladd https://github.com/imsky/PocketEuler/tree/master/files contains some files. Note that PE will sometimes change these.

I think both repos complement each other, but these questions are better formatted.
