New Podcast extension

Because I'm preparing a new podcast project for the near future and remembered issue #188 some weeks ago, I've created a podcast feed extension which is based on the original feed extension and can be installed side by side to it. The following podcast features are available:

• A single podcast feed for all pages or filtered by blog pages.
• Media file enclosure can be defined in page metadata.
• Image support.
• iTunes directory support (not tested).

Feedback and issues always welcome. There are still a few things on my todo list, such as a dedicated podcast page template with HTML5 player, and a location-based podcast filter to e.g. exclude normal blog pages from the podcast feed.
